POTLUCK SUNDAY -- Today after service, we will be having a potluck after church service.

OPERATION GRATITUDE – Missions will be sending out Christmas cards to be distributed to our troops. Seeking donations of pre-printed Christmas cards and letters written to service members. For more information, see or contact Melissa.

WANTAGE UMC OPEN HOUSE/FREE BBQ/MEET THE PASTOR-- Saturday, September (date to be announced). Children games, activities, free bbq, and much more! We will need volunteers to help welcome, fellowship with visitors and run activities. Sign up sheets will be in the hall next week.

SUSSEX UMC FREE LUNCH – Every Saturday a hot lunch will be provided at 11:30 p.m. at Sussex United Methodist Church, 15 Bank Street, Sussex.

SUGGESTED FOOD ITEMS FOR SUSSEX HELP CENTER:

Clean brown bags, drinks (single serving to family size), juices (any size), canned fruit (any size), cereal, tuna, sugar free diabetic foods, personal needs (soap, toothpaste, deodorant), laundry detergent, stewed tomatoes, Spam, diapers, toilet tissue, cake mixes, brownies, instant potatoes, canned potatoes, 1lb bags of rice, pet food, cleaning supplies, bottled water and garden produce in season. Please leave donated items in basket in hall.
